WELCOME TO TRUMBLE AND PARTNERS

We are an Executive Coaching and Leadership Consultancy based in the UK but also operate globally both in person and virtually. We provide a fully bespoke ‘solutions based’ service, helping people unleash full potential, raise performance and have more influence within and outside their organisations; headed by Toby Trumble.

Trumble & Partners definition - “Executive Coaching is a dialogue between a ‘coach’ and a ’leader’ with the intention of finding creative ways to address challenging problems, improve team and unit performance, accelerate progress on key initiatives, and advance the ‘leaders’ career and leadership effectiveness”

WHAT MAKES PEOPLE CHOOSE OUR SERVICES?

There are a multitude of reasons why people choose our services.

Some individuals believe that they are not moving themselves and their business forward as quickly as they’d like and therefore find it extremely advantageous in having an impartial confidant or ‘sounding board’ with which to discuss strategic issues and help make critical decisions with clarity and confidence. Thus getting them from ‘point A’ to ‘point B’ more rapidly and effectively.

Frequently, leaders are looking to improve their ability to have more 'power and influence' over others and their organisation, whether it being 'up, down or across' the company structure.

(We are specialists in the field of authentic ‘influence' and believe that it is one of the most important leadership attributes to master).

It could be a matter of wanting to develop their overall leadership skills and to 'shift' certain behaviours and perceptions in order to advance themselves and the organisation further.

Others find it as the ‘best’ and most successful way of setting highly ambitious and courageous goals and being held to account in 'actually' achieving them.

Leaders and high potentials may not be fully aware of how they are perceived 'up, down and across' the structure of their organisation and are keen to know the answer, therefore enabling them to improve in key focused areas and adjust any potential blind-spots. Resulting in improved leadership effectiveness and performance.

In some cases an individual may advance expeditiously and suddenly within the hierarchy of an organisation - brilliant in their specific field of expertise, but now realise that they require additional leadership and people skills in order to progress successfully and further in their new role.
